Urban planning

The planning or urban planning is the set of technical and policy instruments that are written to order and regulate land use conditions for processing or, where appropriate, conservation. It comprises a set of practices with projective essentially establishing a management model for spatial domain, which may well refer to a municipality, an urban area or a neighborhood scale.
