Complaint channel

At sm, trust and transparency are fundamental values. For this reason, and to comply with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of October 23, 2019 and Law 2/2023 on the Protection of Whistleblowers, a whistleblower channel is enabled, with a guarantee of confidentiality and anonymity.

This simple form allows any citizen to report possible potentially irregular activities and/or conduct that may involve a breach of the code of conduct or a violation of national or European laws, without fear of reprisals.
