Ecolabels are symbols that are given to those products whose production and recycling produce less impact on the environment because they serve a number of ecological criteria predefined by the analysis of its life cycle.

The goal of the Community eco-label award is to promote products with a reduced impact on the environment rather than the other products in the same category, and provide consumers guidance and accurate and scientifically based information on the products.
