Management of environmental informers teams
Government and public officials are increasingly on the need to provide information to citizens on issues of importance. The transparency that the Administration can provide results in greater and better managed perception towards it.
The availability of trained personnel in environmental matters can provide environmental services for the public attention or other external agents which report those chapters of interest: applicable law and its interpretation, administrative, data entry and database applications data, dealing with customers, gathering information, complaints and suggestions... Obtain and provide information to the environment allows for greater integration and acceptance of the activity in the same society.
