Preliminary reporting and soil situation

The Building Code requires the submission of a report preliminarde soil status, prior to the administration begins the process of detecting contaminated soil. This study is a technical document that defines the characteristics of the activity that may cause pollution, such as materials consumed, waste, storage, type of paving, processes, system debugging, performance protocols against spills, underground reservoirs, activities historical ... This document must have sufficient technical justification in order to reassure the Administration that the soil is potentially contaminated.
